Steven Winter Associates Inc. seeks a qualified individual to support the sustainable building group as a Database /Administrative Assistant for our South Norwalk office. We are looking for a bright, positive, energetic person who is looking to succeed in the environmental industry. SWA's sustainability group works with various building professionals to achieve LEED certification for high profile buildings across the nation. Duties include:
Tracking projects and proposals
Coordinating marketing materials
Preparing reports and presentations
Project support
Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Enthusiasm for sustainability and the environment
Minimum one year's experience with DBMS software (Access, ACT, others)
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Focused, detail-oriented, and self motivated to work independently with minimal supervision
